Eye2Map is a company that provides aerial surveys with Drones.


Applications of Surveying Engineering with georeferenced information of great geometric precision and technical rigor. Our products are used in Civil Construction, Mining Industry, Local Administration, among others.


Precision agriculture uses geographical information technology and remote sensing for analysis and monitoring of the vegetative state of the plants, soil conditions and climate, to support the decision of choosing the best cultivation techniques, thus saving resources and increasing productivity.


The sea coast, water basins and natural reserves require constant monitoring to ensure the maintenance and preservation of ecosystems.

Production of Orthomosaics through aerial photography obtained by Drone or Airplane with technical and geometric rigor, result of the calibration of the used camera, aerial triangulation and reference systems. Three-dimensional (restitution) digitization of stereoscopic information for the production of basic charts, such as the topographic map, or thematic charts for specific uses.
Topographic surveys using drones and specialized equipment, for example in delimitation of urban and rural buildings, identification and georeferencing of infrastructures, supply networks and urban furniture, among others.
With a simple flight of aerial photography with Drones, without the need to interrupt working machines, a three-dimensional model of the whole exploration with centimeter precision is generated. Based on the detailed three-dimensional model, it is possible to measure stock volumes, draw contours and terrain profiles, plan active fronts, and identify potential risk areas.
The lack of water available to plants, and the resulting water stress can cause physiological and morphological changes that result in a decrease in productivity. When a plant is drought water stress, their stomata close, reducing perspiration, and raising the temperature of the leaves. Through thermal imaging is possible to diagnose the water levels of the plants, avoiding the reach of alarming levels of water stress. The analysis of images acquired with this type of sensors, contribute to adequate decision making that allows the producer to reduce water costs and environmental impacts caused by excessive watering.
During its life cycle, any culture is prone to pests and diseases and, in many cases, present similar symptoms. Every plant species reflects solar radiation in the form of non-visible light, and this radiation has detailed information of the phytosanitary status. It provides a diagnosis of the culture conditions in an early development phase, allowing quickly and effectively control and eradication of any pest or disease focus. This avoids the widespread contagion, which translates into spending less to combat pests and diseases, improving the phytosanitary condition of crops and profit maximization.
In most cultures, the harvest time is for the producer an extraordinary challenge resource management, whether material or human. Tracking the development of crops sustained only on empirical knowledge, coupled with the uncertainty of production, translates into logistical difficulties at the time of the harvest. Based on statistical models, supported by periodic aerial surveys in annual crops, or by sorting and image analysis to quantify fruit, allow the producer to effectively organize the cultures to meet the previously estimated production, thus avoiding waste, culture needs and market offset scheduling.
Quantification of the sediments moved by natural and / or extreme events, which cause transport and the sediment deficit, are decisive factors to evaluate the coastal erosion. Thus, it is extremely important to calculate the volume of material and study the displacement of contour lines.
Biodiversity monitoring, through remote sensing techniques, is crucial for the characterization and conservation of natural habitats. The identification and control of invasive species, as well as the monitoring of human actions (illegal construction, effluent discharges, etc.), allows competent entities to act in a way that preserves ecosystems and minimizes environmental impacts.
Surveys for the characterization of the environment susceptible of being affected by the changes foreseen by the project, used as base for the identification and quantification of the environmental impacts and respective mitigation measures.

Eye2Map is a young and dynamic startup, consisting of Surveying and Agriculture Engineers, thus being certified for the acquisition, processing and analysis of such information.

The company has already been recognized internationally with the Portugal Regional Award of the European Satellite Navigation Competition 2014, one of the biggest competitions of ideas / business related to space technology. At the moment Eye2Map participates on the incubation program of the prestigious Incubation Centre of the European Space Agency (ESA BIC) in Portugal, UPTEC, the Science and Technology Park which they are based the main innovative and creative enterprises the University of Porto.
